These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Relatia ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Relatia platform, including our website, web application, AI analysis engine, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Relatia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Relatia is an AI-powered relationship analytics platform that analyses couples' chat conversation histories — exported from messaging applications such as WhatsApp or iMessage — and generates structured Relationship Analytics Reports ("Reports"). These Reports are produced using a proprietary four-pillar analytical framework drawing on the Gottman Method, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Emotional Intelligence (EQ) research, and relational wisdom derived from the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Relatia is an analytical and educational tool. It is expressly not a substitute for any of the following:

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these requirements. If you are using Relatia on behalf of a couple, you represent that both parties are aware of and consent to the analysis.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or using the account deletion feature within the platform. Upon closure, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Note that completed payment records are retained for the statutory period required by applicable financial law.
By uploading a chat history to Relatia, you represent and warrant that:
CONSENT OBLIGATION
Uploading a conversation without the knowledge and consent of the other party may constitute a violation of that person's privacy rights and may be unlawful in your jurisdiction. You bear sole responsibility for obtaining proper consent.
You represent that the chat file you upload is an authentic, unaltered export of a real conversation. You must not submit fabricated, manipulated, or edited conversations.

Access to the full Relationship Analytics Report requires a one-time payment at the price displayed at the time of your purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Relatia does not store your payment card details at any time.
Because the Relatia Service involves the immediate generation and delivery of a personalised digital product (your Report), all sales are final once the Report has been generated and delivered. We do not offer refunds for completed Report deliveries. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your Report, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If a payment is disputed or reversed without our authorisation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any previously generated Reports.
All content, features, functionality, design, code, algorithms, analytical frameworks, branding, and materials comprising the Service are owned by Relatia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Upon payment and delivery, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your Report for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not publish, sell, distribute, or use your Report for commercial purposes without our written consent.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

The Reports generated by Relatia are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Our AI analyses patterns in language and communication. It does not have access to the full context of your relationship, your personal history, mental health status, cultural background, or any other factor beyond the text of the uploaded conversation. Its assessments are inherently limited by this scope.
While we strive to produce high-quality, thoughtful analysis, we make no warranty that the scores, insights, or recommendations in your Report are accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. AI systems can make errors, misinterpret context, and reflect biases present in their training data.
Nothing in your Report should be interpreted as a diagnosis, clinical assessment, or therapeutic recommendation. If your Report raises concerns about your relationship health, emotional wellbeing, or safety, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional.
Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference, describes in full detail how we collect, use, protect, and do not retain your data — including our core commitment that your uploaded chat history is never stored, logged, or retained on our servers. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELATIA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects in the Service will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELATIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RELATIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RELATIA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relatia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) your failure to obtain proper consent from your partner before uploading a conversation.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including our payment processor (Stripe) and messaging platform export tools. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, for which Relatia accepts no responsibility. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if your continued use poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You and Relatia both waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Relatia with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
